We’re seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic UX/UI Designer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects, including apps, websites, and software, while developing your skills and learning from an experienced design and digital team.

Based in a beautifully restored period building in Dublin’s Merrion Square, you’ll be part of a close-knit team working in an open, collaborative, and fun environment where everyone’s voice is heard.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and creative designer who places the user at the centre of every decision. Here’s what we’d love to see:

Experience & Tools

  • 1-3 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing thoughtful, user-centred designs for websites or apps.
  • Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Basic knowledge of creating style guides or design systems.

 

Design Skills

  • Ability to create clean, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces based on client briefs and research insights.
  • A good understanding of UX fundamentals, including user flows, wireframes, and basic usability principles.
  • Awareness of accessibility standards (WCAG compliance) and a commitment to inclusive design.

 

Research & Insights

  • Familiarity with gathering user insights, such as through user surveys or interviews, and applying them to inform design decisions.
  • Basic experience conducting usability testing or analysing website/app performance data to improve designs.

 

Teamwork & Collaboration

  • Comfortable working independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Open to feedback and eager to learn from teammates and clients.
  • Confident in presenting ideas and contributing to team discussions.

 

Organisation & Growth

  • Strong time-management skills to balance multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in tackling challenges and learning new skills.
  • Interest in growing alongside the team and contributing to the agency’s success.

 

Desirable Skills

The following skills would make you stand out:

  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, MidJourney) to boost creativity, and productivity and streamline workflows.
  • Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS) to collaborate effectively with developers.
  • Experience working with animation tools or creating simple motion graphics.

Permanent Role

Experience: 1-3 years

Starting from: Early April 2025

Salary: €35,000 – €45,000 depending on experience

This is a hybrid role (2 days remote, 3 days on-site) so you must be based in Ireland to apply.
